Anjum Sohail Syed (MSc) is our Nutrition expert.



“Everybody is different” which means there is no shortcut approach to healthy living and nutrition. As your Dietitian and Coach, Anjum will help you assess the complete picture and together we will devise a R.E.S.E.T Nutrition healthy living plan designed just for you.

As part of her approach, she likes to teach her clients how to make small, realistic changes in their lifestyle. She feels all foods can fit into a healthy way of eating- there are no good or bad foods. But there are good, better and best food choices. She does also teach and live by three principles- moderation, variety and balance.
