Business development executive

Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) supports the Business Development Manager in executing strategies to drive growth and expand the customer base of the fitness center. The BDE will assist in lead generation, client relationship management, and market research to help achieve sales targets and enhance the brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach activities.

    • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager.

  2. Client Relationship Support:

    • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients and follow up on potential leads.

    • Participate in client meetings and presentations to support the Business Development Manager.

  3. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

    • Compile and analyze data to support strategic planning and decision-making.

General Trainer Requirements:

  • Must have a valid fitness certification

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in group training or fitness coaching

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead group fitness classes

  • Knowledge of different types of fitness modalities and their benefits

  • Ability to create personalized workout plans for clients

  • Good understanding of nutrition and its impact on fitness

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, coupled with certification as a physiotherapist.


  1. Member Screening:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of new members to understand their fitness levels, medical history, and specific needs.

    • Utilize the gathered data to create a comprehensive understanding of each member's physical condition.

  2. Fitness Level Review:

    • Analyze fitness assessments to determine individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

    • Work closely with members to establish realistic fitness objectives.

  3. Trainer Appointment:

    • Collaborate with the training team to match members with the most suitable fitness trainers based on their unique requirements and goals.

    • Provide ongoing feedback to trainers to ensure the member's fitness plan aligns with their needs.

  4. Workout Plan Creation:

    • Design personalized workout plans for members, taking into consideration their fitness levels, health conditions, and goals.
